They also allow us to have a basis for conducting virtual site visits and product specification services. Matterport scans can be completed virtually anywhere in the US for cents on the dollar, especially relative to traveling to the site in person.
The cost is .15 a foot and a 2D schematic blue price of your whole property is $75.00 plus tax. There is a minimum of $300.00 (2000 sq/ft) regardless of the actual size. Once you have you scan complete, it is $100 per year for us to host it for you to place on your VRBO listing, embed in your web site and to QR Code on AirBNB. Occasionally there is a milage fee from the photographer if your location is not in a major area. Additional Fees, such as Travel Fees, and Off Hour Fees, may apply and will be communicated and agreed prior to the provisioning of Capture Services.
