Your marketing photos need awesome art!

Custom Art Design Service

To make a property truly come to life, we need the right art, in the right place at the right size. With our program, you can fit as many images as you can on a sheet or make a single image as large as 4' x 8' or combine 4 'x 8' panels to make whole walls of murals for far less than wallpaper and hand paintings.  Bottom line, oversized images make photos come to life and rooms look full. Images of all the awesomeness of why someone is coming to your location are even better! It not only fills the photography, but it creates excitement and ties the emotion of why they are coming directly to your immersive experience.

SO... how does the program work and how do I order?

Whatever You Need...in a Flash!

There are 2 types of materials you can print on Metal and PVC. The metal is the most art gallery style medium and it creates pure high definition images that literally look like you're staring out the window. The PVC is a matte finish that has a little more of a canvas texture to it and, though it is not as high end feeling as the metal is it's a great alternative where a lower budget must come into play. Click on the PDF's Below to read about both print surfaces:
Below is a step by step guide of how to order and what it costs. ENJOY!

1) What is the difference between the Metal and PVC print surfaces?

Our pricing is the best part. Printing with us is less than half per square foot than most canvas printers on the web and it's WAYYYYYY better than canvas and unique, which is the name of the game for great reviews and Vibe. Pricing is done by the 4' x 8' sheet.  you can fill up every inch with as many images as you can from 6"x6" all the way up to the fill 4x8 foot sheet. Pricing is as follows:

Gallery Bonded Aluminum - $500.00 per 4' x 8' Sheet
Premium Solid Core PVC - $430.00 per 4' x 8' Sheet

In addition to the sheet prices, there are a few other items that make up the total charge. If we are acquiring the images for you from a stock photo site (assuming you use one of our recommendations) we charge $10 per image for an image acquisition fee. Note - there are more expensive images out there, if you pick one, we will use our discounts to get them cheaper and pass it on. Once we have the image, there is a $20 per image setup fee to size it, crop it, line it out on the sheet and add the hole markings for mounting the images. Shipping will range between $100 to $395 max depending on the size of the order and subsequent panel sizes in the order. And then of course, any applicable tax. So, in recap:

Image Acquisition Fee - $10.00 per image
Image Set up Fee - $20.00 per finished piece
Shipping - $100.00 - $395.00 and applicable tax

In addition to standard rectangle and square prints, we can also do contour or "die cut" images, shapes and logos on full sheets. Die Cut images have a $75 setup fee and the cost per sheet is an additional $100 for Metal or PVC. We recommend PVC for anything that is going to have any illusion of depth or shadowing so that there are not light glares that wash out the effect.  The reason for the increased cost is simply more labor as die cut files must be set up in specific vectorized layers with reference marks, art files with bleeds and cut files. We can die cut almost anything that fits on a 4' x 8' sheet.
THIS IS A GAME CHANGER!

We also have in house graphic artists that can design illustrations, 3d illusions, wall murals, logos, custom art pieces and even place items in frames with matts that look so real, you cant believe they aren't, right in front of your face.  Send us an email describing what you want and we can quote it out for you. With our graphic design team, literally ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!

2) Sounds Great, So what does all this cost?

3) Where do I get my artwork images from?

First, if you have your own photos or images that you own, or took with a current model smart phone, all you have to do is provide them to us. They just must be 300 DPI at a min raw image size of at least 4800 x 6000 pixels. We prefer PNG files but can work with JPEG. Art you provide us cuts out the Art acquisition fee, but it must be enough resolution or we can't use it. No screen shots or drag and drops off the web, none of those files will scale correctly. Now, if all that sounds like Greek to you. You're going to want to simply visit stock photo sites and search for the images that tell your story. When you find an image, you won't buy it, but you will screen shot it and copy the URL into our order form. Here are the best sites for images in our opinion:

https://www.shutterstock.com
https://stock.adobe.com
https://www.alamy.com
https://www.istockphoto.com
https://www.123rf.com
https://depositphotos.com

Or you could get lucky and find some free downloads at:

4) How do I place an order?

You're going to download a copy of our order form in an Excel spreadsheet and fill it out like the example below:

When filling out the form you gave the image a number one through whatever, you will tell us if it's going to be on metal or PVC, Flush Mount or Stand Off for the mounting style (Flush Mount pieces will not have Hole Markings printed on the piece for mounting),  then tell us the finished size, if it's going to be broken up into multiple panels, tell us in the split in the description and if it's going to be a single image you'll tell us if it's landscape or portrait. Landscape means that the image is wider than it is tall and portrait means that the image is taller than it is wide. Next you will give us a thumbnail of the image and if you're struggling with that you can just copy and paste the image link to the URL in the image link column. Next you'll give us a name for the piece so that we can reference it in the future and after supplying us the URL you will tell us which website it came from. If it's an image you own, then just put that you own the image and you will email it to us with the completed order form. If the file is too big to email we will create a dropbox for you. Once you complete the Excel sheet, you will simply email it to mike@wyndevelopment.com. Mike will forward it to the art department and get a quote put together for you. Click below to download the order form.

ONE IMPORTANT NOTE: remember that the point of this custom art is to oversize the image so that it creates an immersive photograph, and even more immersive experience when the guest arrives. Some people make the mistake of trying to downsize the art focused more on how it's going to fit on a sheet as opposed to what is the right size of the piece of art for the space. Focus on the space not the sheet layout. Let us do that for you. If we feel like a piece is undersized, we will tell you, if we feel like a piece is oversized we will also tell you (though we will very rarely say that a piece is too big) GO BIG OR GO HOME! This is your opportunity to get something grossly oversized that will photograph beautifully for the same cost as your competitors retail purchases. So don't miss taking advantage of what this is.

5) What happens after I send the order form in?

Once we receive the order form, you will be sent a quote. The quote will show you the following:

1) How many sheets of metal and/or PVC with the order take to fulfill
2) What the image acquisition fee will be
3) What the set up fee will be for the total number of pieces
4) The shipping fee and applicable tax

The quote will also show a rough diagram of how the sheets are laid out with your images and we will give you a recommendation of any waisted or blank space that is not being used, that is going to just be cut off and thrown away. With this information you will be given the opportunity to add more images to fill the blank space (because you've already paid for the sheet) or we can fill it with generic and cute bathroom signs, kitchen signs and filler pieces that we already have that will cost you nothing to add. We want to make sure you get every inch you can out of the sheets you pay for. Here is an example of what that diagram looks like:

6) How long does the process take till I receive my order?

For oversized custom art, our process is the fastest in the industry. Once you submit your order, you will receive your quote within 24 hours typically (could be next business day if it's a weekend). Once you approve the quote, you will receive your crops and final layouts to approve within another 24 hours or less typically. Once you approve your crops and images, you will instantly receive a final invoice and the moment that invoice is paid the order will go into production.

Production time is a blazing 24 to 48 hours and the product ships out priority FedEx Freight. Ship time is usually 3 to 5 days depending on where the house is located. The freight can be delivered to a commercial address or it can be dropped in the driveway of the property. FedEx freight will call to set up delivery and someone must be there to sign for it and receive it. And that's it. We've had orders get out as fast as 24 hours after receiving an order. Obviously larger orders have a little bit longer processing time. If an order is over 10 sheets it can take up to five days to get it out the door, but we usually get it out within two days typically.

Once you approve the quote, all of your images will then be cropped and laid out on the sheet as shown where you will have the opportunity to then approve the crops and final images. Once approved, you will be sent an invoice to place the order. Once Paid, the order goes into production.

7) How do I hang all this art?

Don't worry we aren't gonna leave you HANGING! (Dad Joke)  Please note that our art doesn't come with any hardware, so you want to watch the 3 different install videos below that explain everything you need, to buy and know to hang your art.  after that, just click on the supply link below and it will take you to a complete Art Hanging Supplies list with all the tools and mounting equipment you'll need to get the project complete.
